Day 40: Truth: You are redeemed and restored.

The crucifixion and resurrection of Jesus, along with His shed blood, hold profound significance for YOU:

  1. Christ’s death removed YOUR sin and guilt. (John 1:29)

  2. Jesus removed the rightful wrath of God aimed at YOU. (Romans 3:25-26)

  3. Through Jesus, YOU achieved reconciliation. Despite being alienated from God by sin, His blood bridges the gap, restoring your relationship with Him. (Romans 5:10-11)

  4. Jesus redeemed YOU from the curse of the law (Galatians 3:13-14), from the guilt of YOUR sin (Romans 3:24), and from the grip of sin's power (1 Peter 1:18-19).

  5. Christ's death defeated and vanquished Satan's dominion over YOU. (Colossians 3:15). Colossians 2:13-14 declares, "having forgiven us all our sins, by canceling the record of debt that stood against us with its legal demands. This he set aside, nailing it to the cross".

  6. Jesus took YOUR place on the cross, bearing the weight of YOUR sins and paying the ultimate price for YOU (Romans 5:8, Galatians 2:20, Isaiah 53:5-6).

Spend time today reflecting on the cross and what the death of Jesus has afforded you. Remember, Jesus endured the pain, torture, beatings, and excruciating death on the cross because of His love for YOU
